- Summary
- Thom (Sam Jaeger) isn't having a good day. With no job and no place to sleep, he turns to his last resort: driving his illegal taxicab around the streets of New York. Fortunately, for him, Claire (Amber Jaeger) isn't having a good day either. After discovering that her husband is cheating and her estranged father is dying, Claire lands in Thom's cab. With both their lives in ruins, Thom and Claire agree to drive to California. With detours through mountains, deserts and hometowns, Thom and Claire must choose between the lives they've left behind and the possibilities glimpsed in their journey together... Audience Award Winner at the **Boston Film Festival**, **Prescott Film Festival**, and **Reel Dakota Film Festival** Winner, Best Actor (Amber Jaeger) at the **Napa Film Festival** *"Fantastic on every level. A wonderful and sprawling trip across the country. The film has a quiet charm that is fascinating. A real treat for anyone who loves a good film and a nice story. " - **Examiner.com***
